Last year was definitely a fruitful one for Mozzy and his fans. First, the Sacramento star released Beyond Bulletproof in May, which saw 13 cuts with additional appearances from Shordie Shordie, G Herbo, King Von, Blxst, Eric Bellinger, Polo G, and more. Months later, he would unveil Occupational Hazard, a 14-track effort with assists from the likes of YFN Lucci, Quando Rondo, Wale, Trae Tha Truth, Stacy Barthe, and Tsu Surf. Add in a slew of videos and the occasional feature, it’s apparent that Mozzy is setting the standard for his peers.

This week, Mozzy drops off a new visual for “My Ambitionz,” which channels 2Pac’s classic cut “Ambitionz Az a Ridah.” The clip comes courtesy of New Edge Cinema and shows the Cali talent outside with plenty of family and friends — all of which shows a promising future for us all as the COVID-19 quarantine nears its potential end.

In an interview with REVOLT, Mozzy spoke on how it feels to reach success in his still-growing career:

“It’s crazy, I wake up every day feeling like I’m living my childhood dream. I’m living everything I’ve dreamed of. When you sit on your bunk in jail, you just dream. You try to imagine s**t; imagine yourself with $100,000 worth of jewelry on. You try to imagine yourself in a $100,000 car. You try to imagine yourself buying new property. I’m really living my dream, this s**t’s crazy. I’m beyond blessed and highly favored.”

Outside of his own work, Mozzy’s been contributing to top quality songs by many others, including Kalan.FrFr’s “No Love,” Blanco Balling’s “Levels To This,” Molly Brazy’s “Boss Up,” DJ THMC’s “In The Kitchen,” and NL Skooby’s “Broken Promises,” among others.

Fans can press play on Mozzy’s “My Ambitionz” video below. Hopefully, a new project is on the way.
