The track is expected to land on the forthcoming project ‘Rx.’

Currently, the world awaits for Rico Nasty’s next body of work, which is said to be titled Rx — a Twitter post back in May seemed to confirm that it would be arriving this summer. Following June’s first course, the melodic “Magic,” the DMV star liberates another single titled “Buss,” a Menoh Beats-produced effort that was first teased on Instagram in July. Unlike “Magic,” “Buss” takes a more aggressive approach, with Rico reminding listeners what sets her apart from her competitors:

“This Sugar Trap shit, I invented it, you lil’ bitches really just rented it, if you bite me, you owe me percentages, but, you ain’t even makin’ that much, I ain’t gotta say too much, hoes hatin’, say I do too much, nеw Glock, that bitch came in clutch…

Trap jumpin’, no double dutch, my blunt so super stuffed, my money overflowing, my cash is stupid long, and if your nigga came around he wouldn’t leave me ‘lone, you talkin’ to a real bitch, nigga, switch your tone…”

When it makes landfall, Rx will follow Rico Nasty’s last project Nightmare Vacation, which was released back in December and saw contributions from Gucci Mane, Don Toliver, Aminé, Trippie Redd, ppcocaine, Sukihana, and Rubi Rose. Rico has also been building on her list of featured appearances, stealing the spotlight on songs like Mahalia’s “Jealous,” Juicy J’s “TAKE IT,” IDK and YungManny’s “495,” Kali Uchis’ “Aquí Yo Mando,” Kidd Kenn’s “Moves,” Jasiah’s “Art of War,” and Kali’s “Do A Bitch (Remix),” among others.

Press play on Rico Nasty’s new single “Buss.” In related news, she also recently sat down with fellow DMV peers Ari Lennox, Pusha T, and Backyard Band’s Anwan ‘Big G’ Glover for a Spotify-backed sit-down hosted by DJ/music editor Domo Wells — you can enjoy that below as well.
