This year has seen Doe Boy blessing his fans with a steady flow of loose cuts, including “NCAA” with Veeze, “Muggin” with Key Glock and Kenny Muney, “Mr. Postman,” “Lowkey” with Lil Uzi Vert, “Street Nigga Too,” and “Shmurda Talk” with Rowdy Rebel. This week, he adds to that with “2 Glocks (Freestyle),” a flip of 2Pac’s classic All Eyez On Me standout “No More Pain.” The iBeatz-produced effort is perfect for Doe Boy’s street-oriented subject matter:

“One thing’s for sure, bitch, I ain’t never been no hoe nigga, toss lil’ bro a diamond, he gon’ hit you wit’ that fo’ nickel, ridin’ round wit’ like fo’ pistols, play wit’ me, bet four poles hit ya, I can’t go out like no hoe, I’d rather let it blow, nigga...”

The accompanying clip for “2 Glocks (Freestyle)” sees Doe Beezy and his crew in Manhattan, riding on carriages, picking up grub from street vendors, taking over the subway, and more. At one point, he also pays a visit to the legendary Quad Studios, a place known by many as the spot where 2Pac was infamously shot back in 1994.

Last year saw Doe Boy releasing two projects for his fans to enjoy, beginning with the DJ Esco-backed 56 Birdz. Months later, he would team up with Southside for the critically acclaimed effort Demons R Us, which contained 19 tracks with additional assists from Uzi, Trippie Redd, Chief Keef, Young Nudy, 42 Dugg, Babyface Ray, and Freebandz head honcho Future.

In a recent interview with REVOLT TV’s “Big Facts,” Doe Boy spoke on making straegic alliances in hip hop:

“You can tell who really fucking with who and [which] niggas really rocking though ... That shit hard, though, but that’s how it’s supposed to [be] because niggas really moving on some gang shit for real. Everybody click. All the right gangs is together.”
