Back in August, Lil Keed delivered his second studio album Trapped On Cleveland 3, which saw 19 tracks and additional features from Young Thug, Gunna, Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, 42 Dugg, and Future. He then followed that up with a deluxe edition that added on a whopping 18 cuts and new assists from O.T. Genasis, Quavo, Chris Brown, and more.

This week, the Atlanta star drops off a new visual from said deluxe edition for “Dead Doc,” which is produced by Dat Boi Squeeze and 30 Roc and features Keed’s blood brother Lil GotIt. The track sees the two siblings rapping about past struggles and current successes:

“Know I’ma be out the struggle in a minute, ’cause all I do is handle business, in the drop-top, getting top in it, then I make my way to Lenox/

Copped the new plates and put some cameras on it, ’cause these n***as tryna come and take somethin’, been knew the pussy n***a was my opponent, but I ain’t tryna comment on it/”

Directed by Diesel Films, the video starts off with a developed photo of Keed and GotIt in younger days, before switching to Keed in an ambulance with some eye candy. GotIt is later seen on top of an ambulance and with his brother in a dark room, decked out in designer.

During its debut, Trapped On Cleveland 3 landed within the top 50 of the Billboard 200 thanks to just under 16,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release. Prior to “Dead Doc,” the album was supported by the singles — and visuals for — “Yank It,” “Show Me What You Got,” “Cold World,” “Kiss Em Peace,” “Here,” and “Obama Coupe,” among others. Lil Keed also joined the likes of Mulatto, Fivio Foreign, Jack Harlow, Polo G, and NLE Choppa and a part of this year’s XXL Freshman class, further raising his profile.
