West coast veteran Problem is back with a new single titled “NOTHIN,” which features additional assistance from Louisville, KY’s own Jack Harlow and fellow Cali star Jay Rock. The 2forwOyNE, Mike & Keys, and Jason Martin-produced cut sees the trio letting the listener know who’s running the game:

“It ain’t nothin’ to a boss, the fellas you be with, they got you huffin’ the exhaust, wonder how we do it, man, it’s somethin’ in the sauce, butterflies in my stomach when she touchin’ on my draws/

All my brothers dressin’ like they comin’ out the clos’, prolly why we starin’ at discussion when we flossin’, quite the contrary, though, we bussin’ on your broads, we don’t ever cuff ‘em, no, we f*** ‘em in the car…/”

The track also comes with a Mike Marasco-directed visual that sees Problem and Jack Harlow lounging around at what looks like a coffee shop, presumably utilizing the Compton rapper’s own Green Hour Coffee delivery service. Unfortunately, Jay Rock (or his full verse) makes an appearance in the sunny clip.

“NOTHIN” follows Problem’s latest full-length release Coffee & Kush, Vol. 1, which made landfall back in May and boasted 10 wavy cuts. He also released a short film A Compton Story, which saw additional assistance from Mike Epps, Snoop Dogg, Slink Johnson, Jackie Long, and TDE president Terrence “Punch” Henderson. Problem’s last official studio LP, S2, was released back in 2018.

Jack Harlow is currently enjoying his steadily increasing fame following his recent induction into this year’s XXL Freshman class, joining others like Polo G, Fivio Foreign, Mulatto, and Lil Keed. He also released his latest project Sweet Action back in March, which featured the runaway hit “WHATS POPPIN.” That single later spawned a remix that featured additional assistance from Tory Lanez, DaBaby, and Lil Wayne.
