DaBaby gives McDonald’s employee opportunity of a lifetime - watch here

DaBaby met an aspiring rapper while in a McDonald’s drive-thru and gave him a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

It’s almost every aspiring rapper’s dream to be heard and recognized by an established emcee in the game. On Sunday (Dec. 13), that moment came for a lucky McDonald’s employee who was given the opportunity to freestyle for DaBaby.

In a one-minute clip posted on the Blame It On Baby star’s Instagram Story, Mouf passionately rapped, “I walk in the spot and they like holy moly / There go that boy and that nigga he doly / Nobody tryin’ ‘cause everyone know me/Crippin’ like Nipsey but shooting like Kobe / Passed it again like that nigga Ginóbili.”

Da Baby has seen some success in his music career, earning four Grammy nominations for “BOP” and his “Rockstar” single featuring Roddy Ricch. Unfortunately, while he’s been able to accomplish many of his goals, his father and brother have passed away.

“It’s so much stress inside my brain I try my best to drift off, you wouldn’t understand my pain unless you loss all of yo dawgs,” the North Carolina rapper tweeted on Sunday (Dec. 13). “Made it thru them rainy days & only seen fog, I’m on a highway str8 to & I been tryna get off.”

Despite the occurrences in his personal life, DaBaby — who helms his Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment record label — gave a platform to the emerging rapper, whose Instagram following has increased since their encounter at a McDonald’s drive-thru.

“I wanna say thank you to DaBaby for this chance to be able to share my messages wit the world!!” Mouf captioned a post on his Instagram feed. “I’m the messenger of unspoken feelings, but to keep it short, they call me Mouf. Thanks to all my new followers for joining this journey to the top wit me.”

“Ayoooo shouts out to @dababy !!” he also wrote on his Instagram Story. “The way this unfolded was LEGENDARY. I’ll be in touch.”
