Halloween was different this year due to the pandemic, but celebrities still made sure to celebrate. They started flooding Instagram with photos of them wearing their best costumes on Saturday (Oct. 31) and stars like Ciara, Cardi B and Saweetie went all out this year.
Ciara took the crown when she showed off multiple costumes this weekend paying homage to other female artists. The singer and husband Russell Wilson dressed up as Janet Jackson and Busta Rhymes, she also dressed as Cardi B, while her son, Future, was Offset. She also recreated some iconic Megan thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj looks.
The singer and the Seattle Seahawks quarterback recreated the video for “What’s It Gonna Be?!” and celebrities jumped in the comments section to sing their praises.
“This is soooooo good!!!!!!!” Kim Kardashian commented with a fire emoji. Jackson herself shared the video on her page and captioned it: “Luv it sis!”
Her husband, Offset, also nailed his look. The Migos rapper shared a video on Instagram of him dressed up as Jim Carrey’s character from the 1994 movie The Mask.
The Bryant family debuted several costumes throughout the weekend, including a group Star Wars theme that they did along with Pau Gasol’s family.
The his and hers costumes were also a big hit this year. Wiz Khalifa and his girlfriend Aimee Aguilar dressed up as Sonny and Cher earlier this week, but on Halloween, the rapper dressed up as singer Rick James while his girlfriend dressed up as Poison Ivy.

Tyga opted for a clever costume and dressed up as Joe Exotic from the popular Netflix documentary Tiger King. The rapper posed for a pic with a stuffed tiger and captioned the post, “Tyga King.”
The Wade family kept it wholesome dressing up as S’mores. Gabrielle Union dressed up as a Hershey’s chocolate bar, Dwyane Wade was a graham cracker and their little girl Kaavia dressed up as a marshmallow.
Kanye West shared a photo of himself on Twitter wearing a blue bodysuit with muscles and six-pack abs. Saweetie has been taking over this Halloween, dressing up as all three members of Destiny’s Child in the “Bootylicious” video as well as Mystique from X-Men.
