Back in September, Jackboy shared his Living In History project as a warm up for his debut album soon to follow. He has now circled back to drop a new visual from the project, the Tee Grizzley-assisted “Notice Me,” which sees the two spending time together in a lavish house in he hills. In the new Drewfilmedit-directed visual, Jackboy delivers his verse about loyalty:

You ain’t taking nothing from me but a bullet/ Push a n***a top back, leave his shit crookedIn the club wit’ a Glock, got it tucked in my hoodie, I’ll never leave it home, I’d rather face jury/ That boy left his home that got him buried, til’ death do us apart, n***a, like we married, still run the streets, ain’t got no worries/ Don’t need no sleep, I’ll be up flyin’ early. I’ve been going state to state, I’m tryna get this money right/ I come from a dark place, now my ice hit like the sunlight

More recently, Jackboy dropped his Love Me While I’m Here project last December. It boasts 19 tracks with additional features from Rylo Rodriguez, Fredo Bang, Denzel Curry, Sada Baby, DeJ Loaf, Lil Mosey, Tyga, Juelz Santana, 42 Dugg, Sniper Gang crony Kodak Black, and more. From the album we’ve been able to enjoy visuals for cuts like “Feel It” and “Made It Out.” Prior to that was the aforementioned Living In History project, which includes 14 tracks and only one additional feature from Rylo Rodriguez aside from Tee Grizzley.

Last year, Tee Grizzley liberated his latest body of work The Smartest, which saw 17 tracks and additional assists from Hit-Boy, Big Sean, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, Lil Keed, Queen Naija, and the Detroit Youth Choir. More recently, he released the heartfelt, emotionally charged “Late Night Calls,” a message to his recently re-incarcerated brother Baby Grizzley.
