It’s been a little over a year since D Double E liberated his sophomore LP Double Or Nothing, which came with 12 songs and additional contributions from Giggs, Kano, Ms Banks, Skrapz, Ghetts, Triggz, and Jme. Since then, the grime legend has continued to provide show-stealing verses alongside many of his peers on songs like “Don” with Skepta, Jammer’s “Built This City,” “Variation” with Big Zuu, Rudimental’s “Instajets,” P Money’s “Stuttering,” and Scorcher’s “Jurgen.”

This past weekend, D Double E returned with a new single titled “Mafia Ting,” a TenBillion Dreams-backed effort that was released in conjunction with the emcee’s Mafia Bike partnership. As such, the East London emcee uses the infectious production to rap about the road-ready products available:

“Wanna jump on the mic? It’s like when I jump on a bike, ‘cause I got the bike that you like, the color green is bright, gyal wan’ jump in the Mafia, juicy like Three Six Mafia, with my bike, I couldn’t be happier, man can’t handle the bars, I got my Bluku pants on my handlebars, and I got Bluku seats as well, you should come to my concert, get some seats as well…”

It wouldn’t be right if “Mafia Ting” didn’t come with a matching visual to further showcase what’s expressed on the song. Throughout the three-minute clip, D Double E hits the streets with a crew of talented bikers, making sure to zoom in on bikes and bike accessories baring his Bluku logo and more. The video ends with a flyer showing D Double’s December tour dates, which will see support from South London artist Novelist.
