It’s been a couple of years since Post Malone released his third studio LP Hollywood’s Bleeding, which saw 17 tracks and additional features from DaBaby, Future, Halsey, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, Ozzy Osbourne, Travis Scott, SZA, Swae Lee, and Young Thug — the project also spawned the popular singles “Wow,” “Goodbyes,” “Circles,” “Enemies,” “Allergic,” and “Take What You Want.” As with previous efforts, Hollywood’s Bleeding was a profound commercial success, landing Post at the top of the Billboard 200 thanks to 489,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release — subsequently, the album has also since earned a triple Platinum-certification.

Back in July, Post Malone made his official return since Hollywood’s Bleeding via the single “Motley Crew,” complete with a NASCAR-themed visual that saw him and his peers catching vibes at Fontana, California’s Auto Club Speedway. Today (Nov. 4), he follows that with an even higher-profile cut titled “One Right Now,” a pop collaboration alongside fellow megastar The Weeknd. The track was first teased by both artists via their respective Instagram accounts, and is essentially a message to women in regards to their apparent player lifestyles:

“Hands, hands, can’t tell you that I ain’t go nowhere, you got it so easy, could you be my baby, I got one coming over and one right now…”

This year also saw Post Malone celebrating Pokémon’s 25th anniversary by performing as an animated version of himself for their big concert, during which he delivered live renditions of hits like “Psycho” and “Congratulations.” He also put his own spin on Hootie & The Blowfish’s classic cut “Only Wanna Be With You,” which ultimately landed on Pokémon 25: The Album as an official cover.

Press play on Post Malone and The Weeknd’s “One Right Now.” Hopefully, some additional news on an official follow-up to Hollywood’s Bleeding will arrive sooner than later.
