Currently, Lil Wayne continues to sail off the release of his latest release Funeral (Deluxe). This week, he blesses his fans with a new visual from the project for “Big Worm,” which is produced by The LoopHoles, Stonii, Dunk Rock, Javar Rockamore, and Bobby “Keyz” Reese. The track sees Weezy continuing his multi-layered stream of consciousness and clever wordplay:

“Got a meet a n***a halfway, I’m just a call away, you can use me for your band-aid, I put your scars away, and you know I come with some pressure, you gotta be certain, too picky, I cannot just fall for any person/

Too picky, gotta be for me and promise not to turn yeah, she keep a spliff on Debo and I keep my blunt on Big Worm yeah, jealousy towards me happens so often, far from egotistic, I done told you that I need you, yeah…/”

The accompanying visual was originally premiered courtesy of REVOLT, and shows Wayne rapping in his purest form sans-smoke and mirrors. Throughout the clip, Wayne uses the power of digital effects to morph into Lil Wayne during different stages — from the Hot Boys era to his “Lollipop” moment, and everything in between. Watching this is a reminder of just how long the New Orleans legend has been delivering classics in hip hop, having sold over 120 million records worldwide across four decades.

Originally, Wayne released his thirteenth studio album Funeral in January, boasting 24 tracks and additional features from 2 Chainz, Jay Rock, Big Sean, Lil Baby, Takeoff, the late XXXTentacion, and more. In May, he upgraded the project with a deluxe edition, adding eight additional songs (including “Big Worm”) and new assists from Tory Lanez, the Griselda camp, Lil Uzi Vert, Doja Cat, and Jessie Reyez.
