Earlier this month (Dec 13), Tobe Nwigwe released his latest project Cincoriginals, the fifth installment of a series that began with the critically acclaimed THE ORIGINALS. in 2018. Since then, he’s made sure to keep the pressure on, as he went on to share a slew of quality visuals, his latest one being for the Killa Kyleon-assisted “CUJO.” On the track, Tobe opens it up with his verse about who he does it for:

Look, first off you should understand that the big boss dawg ain’t gotta rap. I do it for the ones who come from crumbs in the slums with the drums flippin’ the packs. My angle, I ain’t gon’ lie, that hoe a little obtuse. But I keep a blammy when I’m with my family ‘cause I’m prepared for whatever the ops do. Give props to me and Nell, hell, we figured it out. Stay independent and keep a high percеntage of my distribution, word to Steve Stoutе, Boss talk (Free your mind up). But on these beats I never cease to keep it lethal.

The new release follows his previously released music videos for “WILDLINGS,” “BOZOS,” “FATHER FIGURE,” and “HEADSHOTS,” which features a guest appearance from the Grammy-nominated D Smoke. The new Cincoriginals includes 14 tracks and additional appearances from EARTHGANG, Big K.R.I.T., Bun B, CyHi The Prynce, Black Thought, Royce da 5’9”, and more. He has consistently been feeding his fanbase with music, notably through his social media series “Get Twisted Sunday’s.”

His consistency paid off, as Tobe was able to cross off another major accomplishment this month. The Forum Park artist has reached a new milestone of reaching a million, and even released a triumphant track and video titled “A Million” with an emotional caption detailing his journey to celebrate.
