On October 30th, King Von will release his third studio album Welcome 2 O’Block. This past weekend, he blessed his fans with a new track from the project titled “I Am What I Am,” which features Fivio Foreign. The track sees the two collaborators repping their respective blocks over production from ChopsquadDJ:

“N***as been woofin’ a lot like I ain’t on the block, boy, this s***’ll get ugly, these n***as been talking to thots, act like I ain’t hot, b***h, I’m givin’ third degree, I was thirteen doin’ burglaries/

That n***a big brother used to serve for me, I been f***in’ h*** that was curvin’ me, last n***a play with King Von he needs surgery/”

Directed by Jerry Production, the accompanying visual shows Fivio with King Von in the Chicago trenches, flexing money, whips, jewelry, and more.

Earlier this year, King Von released his sophomore album Levon James, which saw 16 tracks and features from YNW Melly, G Herbo, Lil Durk, Yungeen Ace, Tee Grizzley, and more. Prior to that, he broke out with Grandson, Vol. 1, which saw 13 cuts and includes the now popular “Crazy Stories” series — including the Lil Durk-assisted “Crazy Story (Remix).”

In related news, Fivio Foreign is in the news for less positive reasons, having reportedly been arrested for simple assault — no other details have been given on the matter. It’s an unfortunate change of events for the Brooklyn star, who recently joined Mulatto, NLE Choppa, Rod Wave, Jack Harlow, and more as part of this year’s XXL Freshman class. Currently, he’s also said to be preparing for the release of his official debut album The Bible, which is led by the singles “Bop It” with Polo G, “Move Like A Boss” with Young M.A, and “Woo S***” with Polo G and Pop Smoke.
