Back in March, Sean Paul made an official return with his LP Live N Livin, a 16-track body of work with assists from the likes of Busy Signal, Buju Banton, Masicka, Jesse Royal, and Serani. He decided he isn’t quite finished yet as he now circles back to release his latest new single “Only Fanz” and tapped in with none other than Ty Dolla $ign for the assist. On the track, Ty adds his flair to the track effortlessly:

Shawty workin’, up, down, left to the right, got a question/ Can you really do it on the pipe? Is you on so?/ You don’t even need no n***a, you your own boss/ I know that’s gon’ hurt somebody feelings/ She go as l as fuck, these hoes just jealous

It’s been about seven years since Sean Paul dropped his sixth studio album Full Frequency, his final album under the Atlantic Records umbrella. The project saw 14 cuts and additional appearances from Damian Marley, Juicy J, 2 Chainz, Nicki Minaj, Konshens, Iggy Azalea, and more. Since then, the legendary artist liberated the EP Mad Love the Prequel, and more recently delivered loose singles like “Shot & Wine” with Stefflon Don, “Boasty” with Wiley, “Contra La Pared” with J Balvin, “When It Comes To You,” and “Bad Inna Bed,” among others.

Ty Dolla $ign has definitely been in a collaborative spirit lately. The multitalented singer can be heard on dope collaborations like Mozzy and YG’s “Vibe With You” visual and also alongside Jack Harlow and 24kGoldn for the new “I Won” single from F9: The Fast Saga official soundtrack. One major gift to fans was the recent “I Believed It” collab with Dvsn, which features a posthumous feature from the late Mac Miller. Back in March, he blessed the masses with a remix of last year’s “By Yourself,” which sees Bryson Tiller joining Ty$, Jhené Aiko, and producer Mustard.
