Travis Scott fans eager to attend his Astroworld Festival have helped him sell out his first festival since the pandemic, according to Hot New Hip Hop. Tickets for the November shows, which were announced a few days ago, sold out on Wednesday (May 5), less than an hour after they became available for sale.

Scott first announced the return of his Astroworld Festival on Friday (April 30). The third annual event was called off last year in the wake of the pandemic, but with live shows slowly making a comeback, he took to Twitter to reveal that the festival would be making its way to Houston in the fall.

“NOVEMBER COME WON’T YOU POP OUT AT THE FEST!!! THIRD ANNUAL,” Scott wrote. The Nov. 5 and Nov. 6 show dates were also shared in a trailer posted on the Astroworld Festival YouTube account.

Then earlier today (May 5), the “Sicko Mode” star hopped on social media to remind his followers of the sale. “RETURN OF THE RAGE !!!” he tweeted. “ASTROWORLD FEST 2021 WE BACK WIT THE MOST OUTLANDISH LINEUP. ON SALE NOW SEE U SO SOON!!”

Though the artists on his lineup were not disclosed, fans made their way to Astroworld.com to purchase the tickets. The cost of the tickets — which started at $300, per XXL — was met with a few disappointed supporters.

“$300 for Astroworld tickets??” wrote user whoskumba. “Kylie better shake ass on me when ‘Sicko Mode’ come on.”

“$365 for a GA Astroworld ticket,” added user @kamdeanna. “Y’all just post snaps for me.”

Despite reactions from those unwilling to spend their money on the festival passes, the tickets sold out. Now, some people are seeking Scott’s help in securing their admission to the Houston shows.

After learning that no more tickets were available, a fan tweeted Scott to let him know that his friend was unable to get a pass for the second day of the festival. “I got my tickets!!! But my boy…didnt get a chance to cop a 2 day GA pass to Astroworld fest! Can you help a brother out? when will the next tickets come available?” he wrote, to which the emcee replied, “Tell your bro to tweet me and I got him.”
