In November, Wizkid unleashed his Made In Lagos project, and the Burna Boy-assisted “Ginger” cut instantly became a fan favorite. The freshly released, aesthetically stunning new “Ginger” visual sees the two Nigerian stars joining forces while surrounded by beautiful dancers, the entire video covered in hues of browns and, of course, ginger, as the duo go back and forth for the hook:

If you want make I ginger give me the kokoro, ma ko je bi jollof. Anywhere I go, je kan mo pe mo ma gbomo lo. No dey do like bolo.If you want make I ginger give me the kokoro. Ma ba o je bi jollof. Come make I, come make I show you my kponono. No dey do like bolo, oh yeah

Wizkid’s fourth studio album Made In Lagos contains 14 tracks and features from Burna Boy, Skepta, Damian Marley, H.E.R., Ella Mai, Tems, and more. The week of its release, fans got to check out a new visual from the project for the P2J-produced “No Stress.” Before Made In Lagos, WizKid made his big label introduction with Sounds From The Other Side, a surely solid project that saw 12 cuts and assists from Ty Dolla $ign, Chris Brown, Major Lazer, Trey Songz, and more.

Back in August, Burna Boy unveiled his fifth studio album Twice As Tall, which boasted 15 tracks and additional assistance from Youssou N’Dour, Naughty by Nature, Sauti Sol, Chris Martin, and Stormzy. As previously reported by REVOLT, Burna Boy spoke to Nigerian outlet PGM Club about how Diddy executive produced his album for free:

Getting Diddy involved — first of all — me and Diddy are now one bridge. Then, it’s like a tree; it just keeps going. … and it goes far beyond that… because — guess what — Diddy didn’t take no money from me … He gets two points royalties, which he gives back to me, so I can take care of some other shit.”
