Nicki Minaj’s adorable baby boy turned one last week and she and her husband Kenneth Petty celebrated by throwing him a Kung Fu Panda-themed party.

On Tuesday (Oct. 5), the “Itty Bitty Piggy” emcee took to Instagram to give fans a peek into the festivities, which included a Kung Fu Panda bounce house and dragon balloon arch. “On Sept. 30th you turned 1,” she captioned the post. “Mama is so proud of you, Papa Bear. You’re the best boy in the whole wide world. I don’t know what I did to deserve you, but God bless you, son. Mommy & Daddy will never stop loving you. #KungFuPanda.”

In the photos, the Pettys posed in front of a Kung Fu Panda backdrop. Nicki also took a photo with Chance, D’Lila Star and Jessie James, the three daughters of Sean “Diddy” Combs. In another post, the Queen emcee thanked the REVOLT chairman for “coming through” for her and her family. She showed off the decorations of the party and the bar area, which included several bottles of CÎROC pomegranate and DeLeón tequila.

Earlier this month, Nicki shared a video of Papa Bear saying his first word.

“Say hi,” she said to her son while helping him wave to the person recording. The then-11-month-old infant responded with what appeared to be his first word: “Hi.” Nicki gasped at the camera in shock while the person filming also reacted in astonishment.

The “Good Form” MC has been spending a lot of time with her family since her son was born. Last month, she told fans that she was skipping the Met Gala because she did not have a babysitter for Papa Bear and because she was not vaccinated. “I have an infant with no nannies during COVID,” she tweeted. “Who mad? Not risking his health to be seen. One yaself.”
