Dionne Warwick has some questions for some of today’s biggest stars. The legendary singer had a bone to pick with Chance The Rapper and The Weeknd and took to Twitter to address her concerns. Warwick tweeted at the rapper and the R&B singer questioning certain choices on their respective stage names.

The “That’s What Friends Are For” songstress seemed particularly curious about why the “No Problem” rapper chose to style his name the way he did. “Hi, @chancetherapper. If you are very obviously a rapper why did you put it in your stage name? I cannot stop thinking about this,” she tweeted. “I am now Dionne the Singer.”

Chance got wind of the tweet and instead of being upset that Warwick was poking fun at him, he responded in the most graceful way. “Sorry I’m still freaking out that u know who I am. This is amazing!” he replied to her tweet. “I will be whatever you wanna call me Ms Warwick. God bless you.”

She responded to him and hinted at a possible collaboration between them two. “Of course I know you. You’re THE rapper. Let’s rap together. I’ll message you,” she tweeted. Warwick continued blowing Chance’s mind when she tweeted: “‘Holy’ by Justin the Bieber @justinbieber and @chancetherapper is one of my favorite songs right now.”

After she was done addressing the “All We Got” rapper, she moved on to The Weeknd, and had two concerns regarding his name. “The Weeknd is next. Why? It’s not even spelled correctly? @theweeknd,” she tweeted.

The “Blinding Lights” singer also reacted to the jokes, “I just got roasted by Dionne Warwick and I feel honored! You just made my day.”

But she wasn’t done there. The singer made it clear that she had a list of artists she was coming after. She tweeted: “If you have ‘The’ in your name i’m coming for you. I need answers today.”

The legendary singer’s interactions with the Grammy winners went viral over the weekend and it’s only a matter of time before she takes on someone else. Her social media team is going to be quite surprised when they check into work Monday morning.
