The hard-hitting cut is taken from Skepta’s latest drop ‘All In.’

Just before August arrived, Skepta liberated his latest EP All In, a five-track offering with additional features from J Balvin, Teezee, and Kid Cudi. Following the cinematic clip from said project for “Nirvana” comes another for “Eyes On Me,” a Skepta and Ragz Originale-produced effort that takes listeners through hard-hitting, boastful bars over classic grime vibes:

“How they gonna lift my skirt? When I never wear no dress, eyes on me ‘cause the way this designer looking on me got your girl impressed, stylish G, I make one phone call and the gang turn up like it’s Merky Fest, they can’t diss us, boy, they get crushed in the Rizla, strap it and burnin’, yes…”

Directed by Matthew Walker, the accompanying clip for “Eyes On Me” functions as a day-in-the-life for the North London legend, beginning with shots of him getting his morning started before riding out in a pair of Rolls Royce Cullinans with his crew. Viewers then see Skeppy & Co. participating in photoshoots, kicking back in a cigar establishment, handling paperwork, and enjoying some casino-style fun — all while sipping on Havana Club, a brand that Skepta’s currently in a partnership with. A perfect balance of work and play, to say the very least.

All In follows last year’s Insomnia, Skepta’s collaborative body of work with Chip and Young Adz that saw 12 cuts and a single assist from Adz’s D-Block Europe cohort Dirtbike LB. Insomnia was both a critical and commercial success for the London trio, peaking within the top three of the UK Albums chart. Skepta’s last full-length solo effort, Ignorance Is Bliss, made landfall in 2019 and saw contributions from J Hus, Nafe Smallz, Cheb Rabi, B Live, Lancey Foux, Lay-Z, Wizkid, and — of course — his Boy Better Know mates Jme, Jammer, Frisco, and Shorty.

Press play on “Eyes On Me.”
