Just before NBA All-Star weekend kicks off, G Herbo drops off a two-pack for his fans to enjoy — “Break Yoself” and “Really Like That.” Earlier in the week, the Chicago star took to social media to announce the release:

“I AINT DROP SHIT SINCE I DROPPED MY ALBUM. FEELS LIKE A GOOD TIME TO GET BACK TO IT…”

Both of the hard-hitting cuts see Herbo at his most aggressive, as can immediately be heard on the Tay Keith-produced “Really Like That”:

“That’s why I walk like this, talk like that, iced out all my niggas, bitch, ‘cause I’m a boss like that, puttin’ miles on my foreign, fuck up my exhaust like that, overkill ‘em why you had to nail him to the cross like that/

Find the block and we peel it, I feel dressed like a villain, still’ll get hit when I’m chillin’, ain’t goin’ cray but I’m willin’, send that pay when they billin’/”

Early last year, Herbo released his third studio LP PTSD, which saw 14 tracks with additional features from A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, BJ The Chicago Kid, Lil Durk, Juice WRLD, Lil Uzi Vert, Chance The Rapper, 21 Savage, Polo G, Jacquees, and more. The album became Herbo’s first top ten release on the Billboard 200 chart, landing at number 7 thanks to 59,000 album equivalent units sold during its debut. Months later, he would unveil a deluxe version of PTSD with an additional 14 tracks, essentially providing an entirely new full-length to the masses.

Press play on both “Break Yoself” and “Really Like That” below. In related news, G Herbo and Lil Bibby have been strongly hinting at a joint album that would bring the latter from out of rap retirement — the project is said to be titled No Limitations. Hopefully, that will materialize much sooner than later.
