As the world continues to mourn the loss of King Von, his team keeps his name alive with new releases created prior to his passing. Today, fans get to see a new visual from the Chicago emcee for “Armed & Dangerous,” which is produced by Chopsquad DJ and sees the late artist rapping about being hawked by the feds due to his past:

“Police steady watching me, every day they clocking me, red alert, armed and dangerous, I keep that Glock on me, and I ain’t looking for no trouble, I’m just looking out for me, ‘cause I done did shit that n***as ain’t talking ‘bout no rapping beef/

Boy, I’m talking tragedies, massacres, casualties, shit that I can’t even remember, bet they remember me, shit that happened late in December, I bring that Winter heat…/”

Directed by Jerry Production, the accompanying clip shows King Von at his suburban residence doing typical activities while suspected law enforcement official watch him from a distance. Viewers can then see Von in prison, both rapping to his cellmate and playing basketball with fellow inmates.

“Armed & Dangerous” is taken from last October’s Welcome To O’Block, which saw 16 tracks and additional features from Polo G, Dreezy, Fivio Foreign, Moneybagg Yo, fellow OTF member Lil Durk, and more. In the same year, King Von also dropped his well-received Levon James mixtape, which contained 16 cuts and assists from the likes of NLE Choppa, Yungeen Ace, Tee Grizzley, YNW Melly, and G Herbo.

King Von tragically lost his life a mere week after the release of Welcome To O’Block during an excursion in Atlanta. A man from Savannah, GA was arrested for Von’s murder a few days after.
