Earlier this month, Blueface delivered his official debut album Find The Beat, which came with 16 tracks and appearances from Gunna, Lil Baby, DaBaby, NLE Choppa, Stunna 4 Vegas, Jeremih, YBN Nahmir and more. Unfortunately, it didn’t sell as well as many had hoped, despite boasting viral singles like “Obama” and “Holy Moly.” Perhaps in an attempt to re-build his momentum, the west coast star keeps the album visuals coming with “Viral,” an apparent message to all of the ladies out there, so to speak:

“Ooh, she gon’ do it for a bundle/

I stay on a b***h mind like a frontal/

I’m never single, I always keep a couple/

She wanna have sex ‘cause I’m successful/

Told my last b***h I was faithful/

But I was still cheating like Carmelo/

Hello, pretty ass b***h from the ghetto/

P***y so good, I had to write down her info/

Ooh, lil’ baby going viral…/”

The clip sees Blueface conducting an orchestra before the party turns into a lit dancing session, making this perfect for the dance floors and the strip clubs. The theme generally keeps with Blueface’s penchant for turning street tales into infectious radio hits.

Find The Beat follows last year’s Dirt Bag EP, which saw collabs with The Game, Offset, Lil Pump, Rich The Kid and Mozzy. Prior to that, he scored a top 10 Billboard hit with “Thotiana,” which spawns remixes with YG and Cardi B.

Recently, Blueface found himself in the middle of a debate on violence against artists after giving his opinions in regards to Pop Smoke’s untimely death via social media:

“People think Cali/LA is beautiful sunny palm trees… n***as die here every single day I recommend artists coming this way to get in touch with the right natives just to keep you up to speed as soon as you relax an think it’s cool this way that’s when they strike.”

He further expounded on his comments in a recent interview with Real 92.3 LA:

“The way they took what I was saying like, go find your local hood that’s affiliated with what you—honestly, that’s the last thing I’m promoting… If anything, go find you a regular square dude that’s got maybe a gun license or permit or even a security guard or even a friend of a friend that can pull up and provide you with the utensils that you need to defend yourself.”
