Despite his tragic passing, the world continues to woo walk to Pop Smoke’s music, including his posthumous July debut album Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon and its subsequent deluxe upgrade. Since its release, the album has earned the Brooklyn star a number one on the Billboard 200 thanks to 251,000 album equivalent units being sold during its first week out. In addition to peaking on several others charts around the world, Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon has also scored several plaques for the late rapper — including a Platinum certification in the United States.

This week, fans get to check out a new visual from the project for “Aim For The Moon,” one of the few tracks that returns to Pop Smoke’s original drill formula with some assistance from Atlanta rapper Quavo. Over production from WondaGurl, Tyy Beats, Dez Wright, 808 Melo, 5ive Beatz, and Daniel Deleyto, the two artists rap about their success and the limitless spoils that come with it:

“When we in Miami, we stay at the Mondrian, we pull up to LIV in the Cullinan, welcome her to the party, the afterparty’s afterparty, then party again/

Hundred b***hes, hardly any men, in my room is where the party began, then take a flight to Bora Bora, it’s time to catch a tan.../”

The clip comes courtesy of Oliver Cannon and shows two kids staring as young versions of the collaborators, much in the same way that Spike Jonze approached The Notorious B.I.G.’s visual for “Sky’s The Limit.” The youths can be seen living it up in a mansion, driving a high end luxury car, lounging in a swimming pool, and more. It’s a fun video to watch, if not also bittersweet due to the senseless circumstances.

Fans can press play on the visual for “Aim For The Moon” below.
