Gunna is on top of the world right now. Earlier this month, the Atlanta star released his third studio LP DS4EVER (or DRIP SEASON 4EVER), which also serves as the final installment of his well-received Drip Season series. Including it’s more recent iteration, the project contains 20 tracks and additional assists from Future, Young Thug, 21 Savage, Drake, Kodak Black, Chris Brown, Lil Baby, Chlöe Bailey, and more. As of this week, DS4EVER is also the number one album in the country — the release even beat out The Weeknd’s Dawn FM on the Billboard 200 thanks to more than 150,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release, eclipsing 2020’s WUNNA.

As previously reported by REVOLT, Gunna took to social media to speak on his latest of many achievements:

“Go on the internet right now, tell everybody who got the number one album in the fuckin’ world right now. Please. And this ain’t the first one, this more like the third one, but, this the big one. This the big P!”

Keeping the visuals coming, today (Jan. 19) sees Gunna dropping off a live performance clip for “life of sin,” which sees production from Dez Wright and Wheezy and features rising hometown star Nechie. The track sees the two rapping about the root of all evil and what comes with it:

We just wanna win in this life of sin, heard it come and go, money, cars, and clothes, Platinum, gold, and rose, lawyer, case closed, Bentley Continental for a show, we just wanna win in this life of sin, got a solid bone, stand on what you own, I can’t break the code, I will never fold, we gon’ push to open up these doors…”

Press play on a black-and-white performance visual for “life of sin” below, which sees Gunna delivering a dope rendition of the track sans his collaborator.
