Rejjie Snow is currently gearing up to unleash his latest project Baw Baw Black Sheep, and so far we’ve seen some pretty cool collabs from it to get fans prepped. These cuts include “Cookie Chips” featuring Cam O’Bi and the late MF Doom, and also the Snoh Aalegra-assisted “Mirros.” His latest offering is the freshly released “Disco Pantz” featuring Tinashe and grouptherapy. On the track, Rejjie is deep in his comfort zone as he rides the groovy beat:

I need four with them hoes, nights colder, whip froze (Ooh)/ Rejjie Snow on your nose (Yeah) I can’t take it no more (Uh-huh) cameras, lights, action/ Sneaky, need FaceTimе, catwalks fashion/ Time back look at my timeless

Cornrow Jеnny from the block, fantastic (Yeah, ooh, ooh)/ Now she all worldwide, pictures in magazines (Ayy, ooh, ooh) ’cause Philippines half her, African half me/ Snaps on the runway, run away gladly (Uh-huh)/

Recently, Rejjie made sure to take some time to share some insight about his approach towards the album. “I approached [the album] light heartedly from the point of view of making a short film through music,” he adds of the upcoming project. “I always loved Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. I watch it all the time. I thought of Baw Baw Black Sheep like a soundtrack to it. I put the movie on with my album, and they synced up perfectly. I tried to tap into all of these feelings. The music is really colourful, and the lyrics are often happy, because that was my state of mind.”

In terms of what Tinashe has been up to, late last month, Tinashe took to social media to announce her new LP 333, which may or may not feature past drops like “HMU For A Good Time,” “Let Me Down Slowly,” “Rascal (Superstar),” and “Dance Like Nobody’s Watching” with Iggy Azalea. Shortly after, we saw her bless the masses with “Pasadena,” an Oliver Malcolm-produced effort that fellow fellow Cali star Buddy.
