Slayter and Jay Critch are going three for three. The two NYC spitters team up once again for Slayter’s newest single “Losses,” which arrives with an accompanying music video that also dropped today. In the new Mastermind Richy-directed visual, Slayer takes a flight to link up with Critch as he opens up the track with his hook:

N***a I learned from my losses, niggas surrounded by bosses/ Percocet 30 I’m nauseous, cops pulled me over I tossed it/ Cops pull me over I’m silent (shh) sippin wock hard on an island/ I fuck that bitch she smiling. I hit it raw I’m wiling/ In the v12 with straps in the middle, I’m overseas with a bitch from the ghetto/ I wear my diamonds like it’s a gold medal/ I cannot save her cause I’m not a hero, I be in my hood n***as made me a mural/ Bank account zeros on zeros on zeros. Got that old money like Robert DeNiro

Last year, Slayter dropped his World Got Me F**ked Up Reloaded project, which sees six brand new additional tracks tacked on to the original release. At the top of the summer, Slayter dropped his World Got Me F**ked Up, Vol. 1 project. The 12-track body of work included a solid line up of guest appearances from names like Benny The Butcher, Smoke DZA, Retch, 22Gz, Maxo Cream, Sada Baby, Luh Kel, and more. Prior to this, he released his COLD AT NIGHT project in 2019, which featured Lil Gotit and G Herbo.

Jay Critch closed out the year by releasing his Signed With Love project and has since dropped off visuals from tje project like “Typing” and “Take Out.” This year, he also shared a couple loose tracks, including cuts like “Bronny.” He can also be heard on recent tracks like “Execute” with Tank God, Slayer’s “OUTSIDE,” and “Get A Bag” with DJ Cruz and STVSH. He released his debut project back in 2018 as a newly signed artist. Equipped with 12 songs, Hood Favorite was a solid introduction that also included features from Offset, and brought together 3 NYC heads on “Try It” featuring French Montana and Fabolous.
