Jay Critch is back with another single, this time paying homage to how he’s young and ballin’ like “Bronny.” In his verse, Critch makes sure to make a few ball references, including the young superstar he dedicated the title to:

Ball in New York like I’m Caris LeVert, as in the block but now I’m in the vert. Smoke on the pound I got bags of the turch, that n***a scared tell that boy go to church. She off the liquor she mix with the purp. I pop a yellow I jump off the Earth. My bro a shooter that n***a ain’t messy. He clean it up when he doing the dirt. Hit from the back and she wettin’ my shirt. Hit from the back and she make a tsunami. Bust down Cartier staying on time. Young and balling like I’m playing with Bronny.

This year. Jay Critch can be heard on a singles like “Execute” with Tank God, Slayer’s “OUTSIDE,” and “Get A Bag” with DJ Cruz and STVSH. He released his debut project back in 2018 as a newly signed artist. Equipped with 12 songs, Hood Favorite was a solid introduction that also included features from Offset, and brought together 3 NYC heads on “Try It” featuring French Montana and Fabolous. Since then, he’s dropped off a couple loosies including “Cameras,” “I’m a Star,” and “Dreams In A Wraith.” Last year, he was a part of the 4th installment of the Rich Forever mixtape series alongside his frequent collaborators Rich The Kid and Famous Dex.

Although there is no official news about when the streets will be receiving a new Jay Critch project, REVOLT caught up with A. Lau earlier this year, who dished some details about what he has in the vault with the New York rapper:

While we were making it, all of our favorite records were all New York-based, so we decided to keep it New York-based. We’re putting together a New York rap tape unlike any other New York rap tape ever. We got Princess Nokia on it. We got Jay Critch and Lil Tjay on it. We got Leeky G Bando on it. We got almost everybody from New York on it.
