Over the past weekend, Blac Youngsta and Moneybagg Yo joined forces on the project Code Red, which sees 13 tracks and features from 42 Dugg, City Girls, DaBaby, Yo Gotti, Pooh Sheisty, and more. Following Moneybagg’s own recent visual for “SRT” comes another clip from the project for “Truth Be Told,” which sees production from Brxtn, Dzimi, and 1040. The track is one of Youngsta’s most powerful, which him speaking on tragic moments in his personal life:

“Do you really have what it takes to be a millionaire? My TT, she got sick on me, I told her she’ll be fine, I saw that cancer killing TT, I saw TT dying, my TT wanted to see me, but my TT end up dying…/”

The black-and-white video shows Blac Youngsta rapping while real family issues happen around him, putting a light on sickness, violence, and more. Viewers then see the Memphis star being arrested for his apparent actions, all mixing with him smoking, reading a bible, and more — it all makes for one of his most emotionally charged releases to date.

Prior to Code Red, Blac Youngsta released his sophomore LP Church On Sunday last November, which saw 16 cuts and collabs with the likes of T.I., Yo Gotti, Tory Lanez, G-Eazy, Ty Dolla $ign, PnB Rock, and Wiz Khalifa. In the same year, he also liberated the three track EP Cut Up.

Speaking to Billboard, Blac Youngsta spoke on his city’s success in hip hop:

“Too many millionaires coming out the city… Everyone’s looking like, ‘Where the f*** they get the money from?’ I love where the city’s at right now — I love what Tay Keith is doing with the beats.”
