Boosie does not consider Lil Nas X an enemy of his — at least that’s what he says.

During a recent interview with VladTV, the “Wipe Me Down” emcee spoke about his recent back-and-forth with the “Industry Baby” rapper. “All my gay fans love me,” he said. “I don’t even know where the other hate be coming from…I don’t have problems from gay people when I see them. I really just have problems on social media.”

Boosie also revealed that he has been getting deaths threats for the last few months on social media, however, he stands behind what he said.

“I’m proud to be the person to speak up for people who can’t talk,” he said. “You know, my momma tell me, ‘Shut up.’ My momma told me the other day, ‘Shut the fuck up.’ Called my phone… ‘Shut the fuck up. Stop talking about all that shit.’”

Although he called Lil Nas X a homophobic slur, Boosie said he is not his “opp,” but he shouldn’t play with him because he is a “gangsta.” He also explained why he went on his rant against the Montero rapper on Twitter. “He had caught me at the wrong time, I was having a bad day,” the “Set It Off” spitter said. “You know, I was losing my grandmother you know — I was going through a lot of shit, and I’m the type … you bite me, Imma bite back.”

Last month, Lil Nas X stated that he was done trolling Boosie after he joked that the two were coming out with a song together. “Last time I was on Live, I said some shit that had me going through an entire week of shit,” he said. “I said a certain thing about a certain person, so I’m just gonna leave that shit alone ’cause it’s boring honestly. It gets boring.”
