Drake has picked up a side hustle. The “Nice For What” emcee will reportedly begin selling scented candles that have his smell.

According to InStyle Magazine, the Toronto native will release five different scents and one of them will be named Carby Musk. Its smell is described as a “smooth musk fragrance is introspective as in an interpretation of your beautiful self, yet extrovertive as how you would want others to see your bold and brilliant self. Features notes of Musk, Ambers, Cashmere, Suede, and Velvet. Actually smells like Drake — it’s the personal fragrance he wears.”

Back in June, Drake starting hinting at his new endeavor. He posted an Instagram Story of four blue candles that had gold branding. He captioned the post, “@betterworldfragrances Available soon cc: @ovoniko.”

As of now, the candles are sold out and have only been gifted to close friends of the rapper. Celebrities such as Kehlani, Stephen and Ayesha Curry, Kyle Lowry, Norm Powell and Fred Van Fleet have received the candles. Sweeter Tings, Good Thoughts, Williamsburg Sleepover and Muskoka are all priced at $48, while Carby Musk will cost $80.

Hopefully, the scented candles will drop in time for his forthcoming album Certified Lover Boy, which is set to drop in January. He announced the new project with a video teaser that took fans down memory lane through his iconic musical run.

Drake went back in time to redo the covers for his So Far Gone, Take Care, Nothing Was the Same and his 2020 mixtape Dark Lane Demo Tapes.

Earlier this year, he spoke to Diddy about how the pandemic helped him focus on the music. “Obviously, God has us all inside the house right now… so the amount of focus that I’m able to put into this album is probably way different than it would’ve been…” Drake told the REVOLT Chairman. “… Definitely, this is the most excited I’ve been about an album in a long time.”
