Megan Thee Stallion is celebrating more Good News as her new album has officially debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The Houston rapper celebrated the feat on Twitter Sunday evening (Nov. 29).

“Yesss hotties!” she wrote. “Thank y’all let’s keep running it up.”

According to Billboard, Good News earned 100,500 equivalent album units, including 115.85 million on-demand streams. What’s more, Megan’s debut album is also the most-streamed album of the week.

“We just keep beating the odds hotties!!” she added on Instagram. “Doing everything they said we couldn’t! Thank y’all so much for always supporting me and I promise to keep getting better for y’all.”

“Thank you to everyone who was apart of creating this album!!” she added. “Keep running up GOOD NEWS.”

Along with Good News, the 25-year-old also recently shared a video for the album’s viral cut “Body,” which spawned a dance challenge on TikTok. Megan’s Good News No. 2 entry marks her highest-debuting project on the Billboard 200, following Top 10 debuts from both her Suga EP and Fever mixtape.

In a recent feature for GQ, Megan said she hopes her album — and music in general — will encourage Black women to keep speaking out about their experiences.

“I want Black women to be louder,” she told the outlet. “I want us to be sassier. I want us to demand more, be more outspoken, keep speaking and just keep demanding what you deserve. Don’t change—just get better.”

Earlier this month, Megan took home the award for Favorite Rap / Hip Hop Song at the American Music Awards. She and Cardi B won the honor for their mega-collaboration, “WAP.” Last week, she also became a Grammy-nominated artist. Megan is up for Record of the Year thanks to her and Beyoncé’s hit “Savage.” The collaboration is also nominated for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song. Megan is also up for the coveted award of Best New Artist.
