Boosie breaks silence about Mo3’s sudden death

Boosie and the Dallas rapper released their collaborative project ‘Badazz Mo3’ earlier this year.

Moments after it was reported Mo3 was fatally shot on a freeway, Boosie Badazz took to Twitter to express his sentiments. “Trill ENT, FUCK YALL NIGGAS,” the Louisiana rapper tweeted following the heartbreaking news. On his Instagram Story, he reposted a video of responders giving CPR to a man assumed to be Mo3 alongside some prayer hand emojis.

Mo3 is on record saying Boosie was his favorite rapper. Earlier this year, the two collaborated with each other and released their full-length project Badazz MO3 which includes the hit single “Errybody (Remix).”

Mo3 was driving on a Dallas freeway early Wednesday morning (Nov. 11) when another car pulled up next to him and fired into his car. Per Urban Islandz, drivers on the highway tried to scramble from the scene before Mo3 crashed into a concrete barrier and eventually succumbed to his injuries.

Law enforcement sources later told TMZ that a motorist pulled up next to Mo3, exited his car and started chasing him as he had also gotten out of his vehicle. The gunman then fired multiple rounds at the rapper, ultimately shooting him in the back of the head.

It’s not the first time Mo3 was the victim of a shooting. In December 2019, he took to his Instagram Story to reveal he’d been shot in the hand and in the back of his head, but he said he was doing fine and survived.
