Just one day after she revealed she’s mothering a baby boy, Nicki Minaj found herself shutting down false information about her child.

On Friday (Oct. 16), the Queens native discovered an account that claimed to reveal her son’s name and first picture.

“Welcoming Jeremiah Maraj-Petty. You are a blessing to us, and we love you so much,” the post read. Alongside the caption was a photo of a baby dressed in turquoise.

The post by @alzminaj received thousands of likes from fans who believed the information to be true, but Nicki Minaj was not having it.

“116K likes. Not my baby. Not his name. Imagine doing this. Pls delete this person’s child from your page,” she wrote before blocking the Twitter account.

After learning Nicki was upset, @alzminaj admitted the tweet was a joke and apologized.

“Omg ya, [I] am deleting my existence,” read one tweet. In a subsequent tweet, the user wrote, “OK. I made the post as a joke, and I never knew how it would go. [I] am really sorry to anyone I offended, I take all the blame, and [I] am really sorry to Nicki for offending her. I love you, and I hope you can forgive me.”

Nicki’s post and the Twitter account have since been deleted.

Nicki reportedly gave birth on Sept. 30 in Los Angeles, according to her mother, Carol Maraj. She subtly revealed the gender of her child amid a post thanking her famous friends for their congratulatory messages.

“Thank you to Queen B, Kim & Ye, Riccardo Tisci, Winnie, Karol & everyone who sent well wishes during this time,” Nicki wrote. “It meant the world to me. I am so grateful & in love with my son. Madly in love. My favorite liddo boy in the whole wide world.”

The name of Nicki’s son has not yet been announced, but if there’s one thing we do know, he’ll be having play dates with Drake’s son, Adonis.
