The project generally was well received, so shortly after Doja circles back to unleash the deluxe version. The upgrade includes five additional tracks and new features from Eve and Gunna.

The Eve-assisted “Tonight” track was first teased in Doja’s YouTube RELEASED interview when she revealed a collaboration with Eve would be on the album. For her new verse, Eve swoops in with her signature style effortlessly:

Ayo, had a dream about you knockin’ on my door, and then we end up kickin’ it with you up in my arms/ Every time she ringin’, you not answering the phone, said you’d bе a minute and still ain’t made it home, uh

Lеt’s get it on tonight, blame it on the liquor, we don’t know what’s wrong from right/ Meltin’ on me, ice cream, baby, slip and slide/ Are you changin’ your clothes or are you changin’ your mind?

Preceding thi full release, Doja Cat made sure to prep fans with her singles and accompanying visuals for tracks like the SZA-assisted “Kiss Me More” and “Need To Know.” Planet Her follows 2019’s Hot Pink, Doja Cat’s breakthrough body of work that saw 12 songs with contributions from Gucci Mane, Tyga, and Smino. The album eventually peaked within the top 10 of the Billboard 200, eventually earning Doja a Gold certification in the United States and Gold and Platinum plaques in other countries around the world.
