GoldLink’s forthcoming Haram project is just around the corner, this Friday (June 18) to be exact, and he’s kicking up the pace to get fans ready. Just last week, he dropped off his “White Walls” single, and now he swiftly follows up with “Raindrops.” He made sure to recruit Flo Milli for the assist, and the two play off each other’s energy perfectly:

All I hear is raindrops, I want range wit’ new top/ When I post the news stop, if I post my nudes I wave the world like ooo ahh/ This right here that new bop, type to make the mood stop, I don’t follow rules I just break them then call my-

Then, GoldLink smoothly slides in with expertise to finish her bar:

Call me on my cellyphone, hate when you leave me alone/ I don’t like to Instagram, I don’t like when you be out, I just want yo fine ass home

It’s been two years since we received GoldLink’s last body of work Diaspora, his well-received debut LP that saw 14 tracks with additional features from Khalid, Maleek Berry, Bibi Bourelly, Pusha T, Tyler, The Creator; WizKid, WSTRN’s Haile, and more. Since then, we have seen a few loose cuts from the D.C. emcee, including “Best Rapper In The Fuckin World,” “Dunya” with LukeyWorld, and “Sorrow, Tears & Blood” with Ari Lennox.

Most recently, Flo Milli gave a notable assist to Yung Baby Tate in the vibrant and confident “I Am” visual. Flo Milli released her attention-garnering Ho, Why Is You Here? project in July last year, a 12-track body of work with no features to ensure her confidence shines. Flo has shared assists on numerous singles, including “Element (Remix)” by PJ, “Better Be” by Big Freedia, “HOT (Remix)” by Pia Mia featuring Sean Paul, “Mean” by $not, and her own singles like “Weak,” “Eat It Up,” and “Like That Bitch.”

Be sure to press play on GoldLink’s brand new “Raindrops” track featuring Flo Milli.
