Kanye West has purchased a $4.5 million estate in Hidden Hills, California across the street from his soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian, Dirt reports. According to the outlet, despite also owning a nearby $57.3 million Malibu mansion, Ye acted quickly to buy the estate across from Kim’s, paying $421,000 over the seller’s asking price.

The former couple spent years adding onto their once-shared Hidden Hills mansion, which Kim bought out Kanye’s 50 percent stake in for $23 million this October.

According to Dirt, Kanye’ s new home is a single-story ranch house with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in about 3,600 square feet. The property expands across just over one acre of flat land, which also includes a horse stable, a small guest studio attached to a garage and recently installed AstroTurf lawns.

As reported by REVOLT, Kanye vowed to “get his family back together” while donating Thanksgiving meals to the L.A. Mission last month.

“The narrative that God wants is for you to see that everything can be redeemed and all these relationships — we’ve made mistakes, I’ve made mistakes, I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband,” he said at the time. “But right now, today, for whatever reason… I’m here to change that narrative.”

Ye also said that despite his and Kim’s ongoing divorce, he intends to stay nearby.

“I have to be next to my children as much as possible, so when I’m out the house, I got a house right next to the house,” he said. “I’m doing everything to be right next to the situation… I’m trying to express this in the most sane way possible, the most calm way possible, but I need to be back at home.
