Tyla Yaweh made his official debut with Heart Full of Rage a few years ago, which was a well-received project that contained 10 tracks with additional appearances from French Montana and PnB Rock. Now, the world awaits the Floridian star’s next body of work, said to be titled RAGER BØY, and we’ve already heard top quality singles like “Back Outside,” “All The Smoke” with Gunna and Wiz Khalifa, “Tommy Lee” with Post Malone, and “Stuntin’ on You” with DaBaby, the last of which have already scored Yaweh a Platinum plaque each.

Today (Oct. 7), he returns with his latest single “Hands Up” and recruits fellow rising star Morray for the assist. On the track, Tyla details some realities:

They all got their hands up and the Glock hold up, hold me ransom/ I want it all and then some, guns drawn, this a standoff, I don’t even know how this shit happened/ I take my chances

Now I’m just tryna get away, put the money in the bag ’cause I’ma get it anyway/ Girl, I love to see you in the day, I’m just tryna get away/ Put the money in the bag ’ause I’ma get it anyway/ Girl, I love to see you in the day

Back in April, Morray graced the world with his official debut mixtape Street Sermons, a 13-track body of work that boasted the well-received singles “Kingdom,” “Big Decisions,” and “Quicksand” — the last of which has since earned Morray a well-deserved Gold certification. In addition to appearing on Cole’s The Off-Season standout “m y . l i f e,” Morray also joined the likes of Flo Milli, Rubi Rose, Toosii, Blxst, Pooh Shiesty, and Coi Leray as the latest inductee into XXL’s coveted Freshman class.

Be sure to press play on Tyla Yaweh’s brand new single “Hands Up” featuring Morray.
