Don Toliver is steadily gearing up for his forthcoming project, and he’s dropped off a few previews along the way to hold fans over. First up was “What You Need,” and tonight (June 18) he officially shares an anticipated collab “Drugs N Hella Melodies” with songstress Kali Uchis. The collab (in conjunction with his boo’ed up birthday Instagram post) even sparked dating rumors, and Kali’s lines on the song feed into them:

Not that I’m conceited, I’m not one to brag, but I’m the girl you needed that you never had

Most recently joined Lil Uzi Vert and Gunna for Internet Money’s “His & Hers.” Toliver also can be heard on the forthcoming F9: The Fast Saga official soundtrack alongside Latto and Lil Durk on the track “Fast Lane.”

Aside from releasing his own project last year titled Heaven or Hell, which included successful hits such as “After Party” and “No Idea,” Don Toliver has taken part in plenty of notable assists in 2020, such as Internet Money’s “Lemonade” alongside Gunna and NAV, Rico Nasty’s “Don’t Like Me” with Gucci Mane, “Cafeteria” by CHASE B featuring Gunna, and more. Most recently, he appeared on Drakeo The Ruler’s The Truth Hurts mixtape.

Kali Uchis has officially delivered her Sin Miedo (Del Amor Y Otros Demonios) album, which is her second LP and first Spanish-language project. The offering includes 13 new Spanglish tracks and features from PARTYNEXTDOOR, Rico Nasty, and of course Latin artists like Jowell y Randy and Jhay Cortez. In April, Kali released her EP titled To Feel Alive, to hold fans over until her official album. project included four new tracks from the DMV star, which production from Vegyn, Austen Jux-Chandler, Chahayed, and more.
