Earlier this month, Young Thug and his Young Stoner Life collective liberated the second installment of their Slime Language series, which boasted 23 tracks with additional appearances from the likes of Travis Scott, Drake, Rowdy Rebel, Lil Baby, Lil Uzi Vert, Coi Leray, Big Sean, NAV, Skepta, Kid Cudi, Yung Bleu, and Future. Most recently, it’s also been revealed that the compilation project earned all parties a number one placement on the Billboard 200 thanks to 113,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release. That makes for a third number one from the YSL camp, following Gunna’s WUNNA and Thugger’s So Much Fun.

Now, the Atlanta-based collective reveal a deluxe version of Slime Language 2, which adds on eight additional cuts and new contributions from DaBaby, Don Toliver, Jim Jones, and more. One particular standout from the fresh crop is “Mil In Vegas,” an Outtatown and Wheezy-produced offering that sees Thug and NAV boasting about their lavish lifestyles:

“Top off the Maybach ridin’ down in Rodeo, baby, tell me that you listenin’ to my say so, tie my tie, sprinkle her face with the mayo/

We don’t do hand me down, no, we got plenty clothes, I’ve been rockin’ rose gold diamonds on the low, you keep bitches by the low, but you ain’t pimpin’ though/”

Slime Language 2 follows 2018’s Slime Language, which peaked at number eight on the aformentioned albums charts with 41,000 first week units — a clear sign of just how big Young Thug’s career has become in such a short timespan.
