Dionne Warwick is ready to showcase her life on the big screen and she knows the perfect person to cast to portray her — Teyana Taylor.

On Wednesday (Dec. 16), the “Walk On By” singer took to Twitter to post a video, which was directed at Netflix, where she spoke about an idea she had for Taylor to portray her in a series. “This is a case for @netflix,” she captioned the video. “Please don’t ask who I would cast to play me as it would obviously be @TEYANATAYLOR.”

Both Netflix and the “Wake Up Love” singer reacted to Warwick’s post.

Netflix’s official Twitter account tweeted, “taking notes..” with two handwriting emojis. Warwick replied back to the streaming giant, “I’ll call ya!” Taylor, who recently announced that she was retiring from music, replied to Warwick’s proposition by tweeting several raising hands emojis.

Previously, the legendary singer addressed the physical similarities between herself and Taylor. Back in January, a fan tweeted, “Y’all ever noticed that Teyana Taylor looks like Dionne Warwick?” The “I Say A Little Prayer” songstress retweeted it and tagged Taylor in the tweet.

Warwick’s tweets have been getting more attention lately — especially after she roasted The Weeknd and Chance The Rapper’s name choices. “Hi, @chancetherapper. If you are very obviously a rapper why did you put it in your stage name? I cannot stop thinking about this,” she tweeted. “I am now Dionne the Singer.”

Chance responded to her joke in the most graceful way. “Sorry I’m still freaking out that u know who I am. This is amazing!” he replied. “I will be whatever you wanna call me Ms Warwick. God bless you.”

After she was done with Chance, she moved on to the After Hours singer. “The Weeknd is next. Why? It’s not even spelled correctly? @theweeknd,” she tweeted. He responded, “I just got roasted by Dionne Warwick and I feel honored! You just made my day.”
