Fresh off of her newly released ALICIA album, Alicia Keys and her angelic voice are the gifts that keep on giving. Her newest offering features fellow R&B talent SiR for their new collab track “Three Hour Drive,” which just premiered today on COLORS’ YouTube channel. The song was unveiled with a live performance from the duo.

In the song, Alicia sings about aimlessly venturing out looking for fulfillment:

“Three hour drive, I’m headin’ nowhere, I’ve got the time now that you’re not here. I keep travelin’ by, travelin’ by, lookin’ for love, you got me lookin’ for love.”

There’s another version of the same song that appears on the ALICIA project, but with a Sampha feature in place of SiR’s and the title stylized as “3 Hour Drive.” Other features on the project include Diamond Platinumz, Tierra Whack, Miguel, Khalid, Snoh Aalegra, and Jill Scott. Right after the album’s release, Alicia dropped a visualizer for “Wasted Energy,” the track with Diamond Platinumz.

Prior to its official release, fans were able to enjoy numerous cuts from the album while waiting, including “Good Job,” “Perfect Way To Die,” “Time Machine,” “Underdog,” and the Miguel-assisted “Show Me Love.” Back in June, Alicia Keys went head-to-head with fellow R&B icon John Legend in a Verzuz battle to close out the evening on Juneteenth. The two played their legendary hits live on piano for a night filled with endless quality hits and positive energy.

TDE’s very own SiR released his last full-length project Chasing Summer in 2019 as the sunny summer months came to a close. The album, led by lead single “Hair Down” featuring label-mate Kendrick Lamar, also included features from Smino, Kadhja Bonet, Lil Wayne, Sabrina Claudio, Jill Scott, and Zacari. More recently, he dropped his latest single “Let Go” alongside D Smoke.
