Rolling Loud Miami is back after delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and they’re honoring some musicians who would have most likely rocked the stage if they were still here. According to a recent tweet from journalist Tony M. Centeno, a mural featuring the late stars is seen right next to the entrance at the Hard Rock Stadium. The colorful sketch shows beautifully designed portraits of Nipsey Hussle, Pop Smoke, Lil Peep, XXXTentacion and last but not least, JuiceWRLD.

The Miami festival starts today (July 23), but an issue with the setup had many questioning whether the show would still go on.

According to multiple news outlets, a giant video screen collapsed onto one of the stages on Thursday (July 22). Following concerns about the status of the event, representatives of Rolling Loud told NBC News that the screen was going to be repaired just in time for the scheduled performances.

“During load in and construction, a projection screen fell as it hadn’t yet been secured,” the rep said in a statement. “There were no injuries, and the stage is being reset for the weekend.”

As REVOLT previously reported, Rolling Loud Miami 2021 will be headlined by A$AP Rocky, who is fresh off the release of his Stockholm Syndrome documentary, Travis Scott, and Post Malone. Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Rick Ross, Morray, Flo Milli, City Girls and Moneybagg Yo are among the artists set to warm the stage up on Friday (July 23).

The likes of Young Thug, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, Wale, Benny the Butcher and Kodak Black will hit the stage tomorrow (July 24), while Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Uzi Vert, Gucci Mane, Lil Yachty, Latto, DaBaby, Saint JHN and Fivio Foreign will perform on Sunday (July 25), the festival’s closing night.
