Bobby Shmurda is getting back to the music. The Brooklyn native, who recently finished up a six-year prison bid, was seen in Atlanta on Tuesday (March 2) listening to beats with Zaytoven and Mike WiLL Made-It.

In a clip reposted by 2Cool2Blog on Twitter, Shmurda can be seen bobbing his head to a base-heavy, minimalistic beat, likely made by the two producers. A follow-up Instagram post from Zaytoven confirmed the trio was together.

“HOW HOOD IS THIS?” he captioned a picture of himself with Shmurda.

On his Instagram Story, he added,“We locked in!”

This wouldn’t be the first time Shmurda and Zaytoven have connected for a track. Back in 2014, Shmurda appeared on Rich the Kid’s Zaytoven-produced joint “On My Way,” which also featured Rowdy Rebel. Then, in 2015, Shmurda and Rebel both landed on Migos’ “Shmoney Never Stop,” which was co-produced by Zaytoven.

Shmurda hasn’t put out any concrete dates as to when fans can expect new music. The 26-year-old is currently getting settled in after returning home from prison last week. However, his mother, Leslie Pollard, has made it clear that he’s been excited to return to the booth.

“The comeback will be epic!” she previously teased on Instagram.

Shmurda already touched base with Migos after being welcomed home by both Quavo and Offset. During a recent photoshoot, Shmurda said that Quavo, who picked him up from prison in a private jet, never “switched up” on him.

“This my brother right here, man. He ain’t never switched up, yo. The whole six [years],” Shmurda said. “The whole time, man. He ain’t never switched up, you heard? Make sure you know that.”

It seems that whenever the “Hot Ni**a” MC does decide to share new music, it will be well-received. In the days following his release, Shmurda’s on-demand music streams reportedly increased by a whopping 600 percent.
