Lil Yachty is back.

The “Who Want The Smoke?” rapper took to Twitter to announce that Lil Boat 3 will be released next week on May 29 and consist of 19 songs. He also shared the LP’s cover art, which is a black and white baby picture of himself that his father took.

During an interview with XXL, Yachty revealed how he feels like he’s still underrated, despite having a successful career in music and fashion.

“I feel like I’m slept-on in general, just period,” he said. “I’m not saying I’m the best, you know, I never can say I’m the best rapper, or even if I was best-dressed. But, I do this shit. For real. It don’t break me. I’m still here… That’s ’cause I’m really a fly nigga.”

He continued, “I don’t get enough credit for it. I feel like I’m one of the best-dressed rappers in the rap game. And no one gives me any credit. And it upsets me. Not even upsetting, but it upsets me. It’s like, yeah, y’all just playing with me right now. I don’t have no stylist for real.”

His latest single, “Oprah’s Bank Account,” received a co-sign from Ms. Winfrey herself. The media mogul told AP News that she loved the song. “I love it. I love it,” she said. “I loveeeeee it! Yes, I love it!”

The Drake and DaBaby-assisted single peaked at No. 23 on Billboard’s Hot 100. The hilarious video features Yachty dressed as the former television host.

The tracklist for his forthcoming album has not yet been revealed. Yachty’s Lil Boat 2 was released back in 2018, two years after the initial Lil Boat. The third installment will become his first solo project since 2018’s Nuthin’ 2 Prove.
