Ahead of his upcoming album, Drake has been releasing several one-off singles, including his latest “Toosie Slide,” “Life Is Good” and “When To Say/Chicago Freestyle.” The OVO boss clearly has more music in the vault, some of which he previewed on Monday night (April 6) while appearing in his label mate OVO Mark’s Instagram Live DJ session.

Among the unreleased cuts was a collaboration between Drizzy and Playboi Carti, which is expected to appear on Carti’s long-awaited Whole Lotta Red album. Known by fans as “Pain 1993,” the track is produced by Pi’erre Bourne.

During the Live, Drake also previewed his verse from an unreleased single with Sosa Greek and Fivio Foreign. The JB MadeIt-produced collaboration is anchored by UK drill sound — which Drake previously toyed with on “War” — and was first teased two months ago.

Drake also shared a track which fans have deemed as “Rolling,” which finds him rapping over a smooth instrumental and shouting out OVO member Hush.

Later on, Drizzy shared what he described as an “alternate” to his and Future’s “Life Is Good.”

Before signing off the Live, Drake gave a shoutout to Toosie, who created the viral “Toosie Slide” dance.

“Shout out to Toosie, ‘cause when I first made that song, I was only talking about the moonwalk” Drake said. “But Toosie made a dance to that sh*t, so it’s popping now. I didn’t know it was gonna be a dance song like that, but it is what it is. We’re just having fun, getting warmed up.”

The rap star then headed out to work on his album with his engineer Noel Cadastre.

“Noel’s in the studio. A lot of people don’t know, Noel records all my songs, produces enough of my songs and still finds time to DJ. So that’s my brother, so I gotta go to work,” he said. “Album’s on the way, ‘bout to slap headtop’s out... I’m ‘bout to go make some more songs so I can play them.”
