Dave Chappelle, Kevin Hart, Martin Lawrence and more are set to star in Netflix’s inaugural standup comedy festival. The Netflix Is A Joke Fest will take place at over 20 venues in Los Angeles on April 27 through May 3.

With over 100 comics booked for the weeklong event, other featured acts will include Ali Wong, Amy Schumer, Jamie Foxx, David Letterman and more.

The festival will remember late comedians like Richard Pryor and Robin Williams with “The Hall.” The special set will feature Chris Rock, Chappelle, Hart, Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Silverman and Wanda Sykes.

Sykes will also appear alongside Hannah Gadsby and Graham Norton for “Stand Out: An LGBTQ+ Celebration.”

According to the festival’s website, standup performances will take place at the Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theatre, the Hollywood Palladium, the Laugh Factory and more.

For the event, Netflix will also partner with Comedy Gives Back, a nonprofit organization that provides mental health, medical and crisis management resources for comedians in need.

“It’s our honor to transform L.A. for one week into the funniest place on earth. This festival is a unique celebration of the art of comedy, and the role it plays in reflecting our lives and defining culture,” Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos said of the festival in a press release. “It’s a chance for comedy lovers to come together and see their favorite artists as well as discover new ones, and for us to be able to share the electricity and excitement of the festival in Los Angeles with Netflix members around the world.”

According to a post from the festival’s official Instagram, tickets will be available on Friday (March 6). The website also notes that all shows are individually ticketed and there are no general festival passes.
