Summer Walker is lending a helping hand to her fans that have young children.

The Over It singer took to Instagram on Monday (Feb. 10) to reveal a direct message from a fan that inspired her to give back.

“I just got a dm from someone asking for help & the sh*t made me kinda sad,” she wrote. “I don’t wanna send $$ cause I don’t like being finessed but if you have a child age 1 & under ima send you diapers wipes & some Johnson’s products.”

Walker followed up the post with an update, sharing that the free supplies had been sent out to selected fans later that day (Feb. 10).

“If I replied to you Baby supplies being sent out today,” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

Walker’s followers showed off their appreciation in the post’s comments.

“That’s dope, you’re such a sweet person,” one fan replied.

“Your heart is made of gold!!!” wrote another.

In other Walker news, it appears that the R&B starlet is gearing up to drop a collaboration with NO1-NOAH.

“I’m literally so anxious to drop this new [fire] with [NO1-NOAH],” she wrote on Monday (Feb. 10). “Es so sexxxxxiiiiiii.”

However, according to Walker, this year’s releases will also be her last.

On Monday (Feb. 10), she announced on her Instagram Story that she won’t be releasing any new music after this year.

“Lol I’m deadass never making another song after 2020,” she wrote.

It’s unclear whether the post was made in jest or if it’s a serious claim. Walker has suggested a retirement from music before, after finishing up her First And Last Tour.

This past year saw a quick rise to fame for the Atlanta-bred artist, with the release of her critically acclaimed debut album Over It and collaborations with Bryson Tiller, Usher, 6LACK, PartyNextDoor, Jhene Aiko and more.

So far this year, Walker has hopped on a remix of Justin Bieber’s “Yummy” and teamed up with Trevor Daniel for a “Falling” remix. She will also perform later this year at Coachella.
