Lori Harvey has pled not guilty to criminal hit-and-run charges after she allegedly left the scene of her car accident.

The Blast obtained legal documents that Harvey entered the plea in a Los Angeles County courtroom today (Jan. 21). Harvey is due back in court next month for a preliminary hearing.

She’s been charged with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a police officer and one count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Back in October, Harvey crashed into another car and allegedly tried to flee the scene. Cops were able to track her down as she walked down the street, a short distance away from the accident.

The crash appeared to be really serious. Her Mercedes G Wagon was completely flipped on its side. Luckily, no one was seriously injured during the accident.

Witnesses tell TMZ that she was texting and driving right before she crashed into the Prius. After the accident, Harvey was questioned by police, but they said that alcohol did not play a factor. She was not taken into custody and was just given a ticket.

Harvey recently got back from celebrating her birthday in Jamaica with rumored boyfriend, Future. She was also joined by her friends Normani, Winnie Harlow, Ryan Destiny, Jordyn Woods, Taina Williams, Teyana Taylor and G Herbo.

Harvey seemingly confirmed her relationship with Future, during the trip, after she posted a video of him kissing her on her cheek. She also posted a video of herself walking into her suite with the floor covered in rose petals and candles on the pathway. The two also shared coconuts together while Harvey flashed her Audemars Piguet watch.

Future shared a photo of the two hugged up in the pool. He captioned the photo “Life is Good,” which is the name of his new number one single with Drake.
