MMG presents their newest signee.

Smoke Bulga is Maybach Music Group’s (MMG) newest signee, and to celebrate he has already dropped off a new single, “Water Whip’n.” The new single arrives accompanied by a new music video and a feature from head honcho Rick Ross. The song interpolates Black Rob’s infamous hit “Woah.” The visual includes a cameo from Fat Joe and sees the duo in their zone as the bars flow:

I started independent like I’m Rap A Lot, we pullin’ pistols, time to cut the cameras off/ All these VVS’ natural without a flaw, hunnid million strong so I’m above the law

“I’m honored to join the MMG family,” Bulga told Billboard of the deal. “It really feels like Draft Day because I’m teaming up with one of the best to ever do it in Rozay with one of the premier labels in hip-hop history. MMG has long represented excellence and I look forward to representing the new generation of MMG starting with this new ‘Water Whip’n’ release.”

In 2010, Bulga previously collaborated with former MMG rapper Masspike Miles and Rick Ross on the former’s song “We Made It.” This year, he’s been busy dropping off tracks like “$outhwest T,” “Boat,” “Carlito’s Way,” “Catch A Case,” and a few more.

Rozay can be heard on a slew of recent collaborations this year. These include the official remix of Guapdad 4000’s “How Many,” Joyner Lucas’ “Legend,” “Run It” with Rich Brian and DJ Snake, and “All For Nothing” with Paloma Ford. It’s been a couple of years since Rick Ross released his tenth studio LP Port of Miami 2, the official sequel to his 2006 debut that saw 15 tracks with additional features from Wale, Gunplay, Meek Mill, Summer Walker, DeJ Loaf, the late Nipsey Hussle, Teyana Taylor, Jeezy, YFN Lucci, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Lil Wayne, and more.
