The track is taken from his project ‘Free Dem Boyz.’

Back in May, 42 Dugg unleashed his latest project Free Dem Boyz. Since then, he’s enhanced the release by providing impressive visuals for cuts like “4 Da Gang” featuring Roddy Rich, “Turnest N***a in the City,” and “Maybach” featuring Future. 42 now returns today (Aug 18) for his latest offering, which is the official music video for the EST Gee-assisted cut “Rose Gold.” As the two enjoy a lit pool party, Dugg takes the opening hook:

Call me Mr. Rose-Gold (Who the hell is Carlo?), everything froze (Yeah, everything)/ Fuck a five, forever throwin’ fours, all my n***as know I used to sell dope (Word)/ Come and get you some (Yeah)

Fentanyl for the eighty, come and get you one/ Ayy, I don’t wanna have no baby, bitch, what tip you want? Ion’t ask that ho who dick she on/ I still sell them bricks for low, I fuck with that piccolo/ Ask around, I’m six and O, pass that loud, I’m gettin’ stoned/

“Rose Gold” is off Dugg’s aforementioned project Free Dem Boyz which debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 charts in May. The project included star-studded collaborations with Future, Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, EST Gee, Rowdy Rebel and Fivio Foreign. The 15-trackbody of work features previously-released songs dedicated to his incarcerated friends such as “Free Merey,” “Free Woo” and “Free Me.”

EST Gee just dropped off his LP Bigger Than Life Or Death earlier this month, having already liberated appetizers like “Lick Back,” “Capitol 1,” and the album’s title track beforehand. The project contains contains 15 tracks with additional assists from Future, Young Thug, Lil Durk, Yo Gotti, and Pooh Shiesty, and more. Bigger Than Life Or Death follows last December’s I Still Dont Feel Nun.
